Minimum Order For Import Minimum order for importing Juwana brass handicraft is 20 feet container. Sample can be sent using LCL(sharing a container). For Retail Minimum order for Juwana Brass Handicraft is
US$60.00. Shipping For Import We use freight forwarding companies to ship our products. If you have your own freight company, it is better to use yours.We can export the products with 20 feet, 40 feet, or 40 feet High Cube Container with FOB base. Port to deliver is Semarang, Central Java. For Retail We can ship to any address/port in the world. Customer can receive the products at their door step or they can order for a port delivery. We use internationally renowned FedEx,Elteha , EMS and courier companies to ship our products. The products can be shipped by air or sea as per customer requirements. Shipping charge must be paid by customers or receivers. Production & Delivery Time For Import Brass handicraft normally leaves our facility in aprox. 30 to 40 days. Normally your order will arrive 30 to 45 days after leaves our facility. For Retail Juwana Painting Batik item normally leaves our facility in aprox. 4 to 7 business days. Brass handicraft iitem normally leaves our facility in aprox. 4 to 7 business days. Normally your order will arrive 15 to 20 days after leaves our facility. Packaging/Packing We provide export quality packaging with all the products. The packaging material includes packing paper, voom paper, paper scrapes, plastic strips etc. Payment For Import We receive Irrevocable L/C Red Clause 65% (D/P 65%) and Telegraphic Transfer. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, we will make it right or refund your money. Simply send back your product within 30 days with a copy of your receipt and a detailed description of the problem. Please email us within 7 days after you received the parcel and we will give you the correct return. Please insured parcel post to make sure the item is not damaged or lost in transit. We regret that shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless it is our error.
